About Escocés Cortéz

A design-minded approach
My professional experience spans manufacturing and business, supported by an MBA and a continuing commitment to foreign-language expertise. Across each setting, I look for the connection between people, process, and purposeful improvement.
My approach is rooted in the Toyota Production System: respect for people, continuous improvement, visual clarity, and the discipline to understand a process before trying to change it. I bring those principles to the way I design learning experiences—making the next step visible, useful, and possible to improve.
Grounded in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and a love of education, I value opportunities to help people learn, grow, and contribute. I am especially interested in work that develops capability, strengthens communities, and turns curiosity into confident action.
