Safety in Small Steps
A short, scenario-based learning experience for new employees.
The challenge
New employees received a long safety manual but struggled to transfer information into everyday decisions. The goal was to create a focused experience that connected policy to realistic moments.
The approach
I organized the content around three common situations, then used short scenarios and immediate feedback to help learners practice choosing an appropriate response.
The result
The sample product gives learners a clear path through the essentials and creates a foundation for a future pilot with subject-matter experts.
