Make It Understandable
A visual explainer that turns a process-heavy topic into a clear, memorable walkthrough.
The challenge
The original process was accurate but difficult to scan. People needed a concise explanation they could revisit when preparing to complete the task.
The approach
I translated the process into a visual sequence, paired plain-language narration with purposeful graphics, and used pacing to emphasize the decisions that most often cause confusion.
The result
The sample video concept gives the audience an approachable overview and creates a reusable format for future topics.
